Todd Shaver has been managing money for over 30 years.  He currently is taking on additional clients who have portfolios of a minimum of $1,000,000.  He is confident that he can outperform the market averages significantly, and beat the S&P 500 by at least 15 points, no matter what the economy does, and no matter what the stock market does.  He does this by buying stocks of companies that are producing profits and generating cash; shorting the market when appropriate; and using options in the most conservative fashion, which produces larger cash income streams.  His fees are comparable to hedge funds, but without the huge minimums.
